Another company has started the process of launching in Ontario’s red hot gaming market. The latest entrant is Malta based ComeOn! (yep, they stylize their name with the exclamation point). The database information at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) website lists an April 21, 2022 effective date. ComeOn! has some other procedural requirements to fulfill before they can enter an operating agreement with the province’s digital gaming gatekeeper, iGaming Ontario, and open for business.
ComeOn! is a fairly well known brand in Europe though Ontario is their first entry into a regulated jurisdiction in North America. The brand’s website indicates that they were launched in Stockholm in 2010 and are now based in St. Julians, Malta which is becoming a major hub for the world gaming industry. They focus on casino and sports betting internationally and presumably that’s what they’ll be offering in Ontario. Here’s a quote from ComeOn! Group CEO Juergen Reutter who doesn’t add much in the way of context:

Since CEO Reutter emphasizes operating in a ‘timely fashion’ I’m thinking that they’ll be launching in Ontario sooner rather than later.
