Duke vs No.5 University of Miami (-20)

The Hurricanes continue their pursuit to secure a playoff spot and at 8-0 and have a favorable schedule down the stretch. Miami leads the nations in scoring (46.8 PPG) and total yards (560.8 YPG) and Cam Ward has been playing Heisman worthy football. But the Blue Devils have been able to slow down high-powered offenses like SMU last week and are No.2 in the ACC for scoring defense (18.6). The Canes win this, but Duke keeps the margin in the teens.

THE PICK: Duke +20

No.2 Georgia (-16) vs Florida

Both teams come in off their bye weeks but the Bulldogs are the only ones playing for something. Georgia continues its assault on the SEC as it tries to solidify itself as a title contender. The Dawgs have won three straight meetings by an average of 24 points. In their last two losses the Gators (4-3) have been able to keep the margin within 12 but they did lose to the Hurricanes by 24 and this seems like a similar outcome.

THE PICK: Georgia -16

No.13 Indiana (-7) vs Michigan State

The Hoosiers are a perfect 5-0 ATS in Big Ten, 8-0 overall and could have QB Kurtis Rourke back after dealing with a thumb injury. The running game was huge in last week’s win against Washington putting up 188 yards on the ground. And the defense has been playing lights out forcing seven turnovers in the last two games. The Spartans lost to Michigan last week and while QB Aidan Chiles continues to get better he has also turned the ball over often. Indiana has won at Spartan Stadium in the last two meetings and if Rourke is back, you can likely make it three in a row.

THE PICK: Indiana -7

No.1 Oregon (-14.5) vs Michigan

Michigan hosts the No.1 team in the country as the Ducks pay a visit. The Wolverines beat the Spartans last week but can they score on Oregon who has allowed just 9 points combined in the last two weeks. The Ducks have covered in three straight wins and the defense has been playing lights out but playing at the Big House is never easy. The Ducks should be able to get the win but it’s a three-score spread, and that may be too much.

THE PICK: Michigan +14.5

Louisville vs No. 11 Clemson (-11)

Clemson is back after a bye week and trying to get into a playoff position. In ACC games, the Tigers have averaged 45 points a game and have put up 40 or more points in 5 of their 6 wins. Louisville is 0-2 ATS this season as an underdog. The Cardinals should get some opportunities on offense but Clemson will have more.

THE PICK: Clemson -11
