This enhanced edition of the series will run from May 5th to May 27th, 2024, offering a staggering $40 million in guaranteed prizes, marking another ambitious move by the popular online poker platform.
Chris Moneymaker, an ACR Pro, highlighted the seamless transition from the Venom tournament to the OSS XL, emphasizing ACR Poker’s commitment to providing year-round high-stakes action. “Our record-setting $12.5 Million Venom ends Wednesday, May 1st, and we’re unveiling an extra-large version of our flagship tourney series just days later,” said Moneymaker. “This is our effort to provide huge poker action for 12 months a year.”
The OSS XL caters to a wide range of players, from novices to seasoned pros, featuring a variety of game types including Texas Hold’em, Omaha, and more. The series is designed to accommodate all levels of play with its diverse mix of small, medium, and large buy-ins. Highlight events include three Main Events with guaranteed prizes of $2.5 million, $2 million, and $1 million, set to start on Sunday, May 19th.
Adding to the excitement, the series will also feature two big multiflight events with guaranteed pots of $2 million and $1.5 million. These events will offer multiple flights starting from Sunday, May 5th, culminating with a final Day 2 on Monday, May 27th. Notably, the $1.5 million event will be a special Mystery Bounty tournament, adding an element of surprise and extra thrill for participants.
ACR Poker is also reintroducing its popular Leaderboard Competition during the OSS XL. This competition will distribute $60,000 in cash and tournament tickets, funded directly by ACR Poker. With three separate leaderboards based on low, medium, and high buy-ins, players at all investment levels have a shot at winning extra rewards.
