We’re down to the semifinals on America’s Got Talent. The 36 from the quarterfinals were voted down to 21 but we’ve got 22 contestants that will compete 11 per week. Why, you may ask, are there 22 contestants? There’s a ‘Judges Semifinal Wildcard Pick’ whatever that means.
So here’s the deal–11 acts compete this week and 11 acts compete next week. 5 go through to the finals, 6 acts go home. There will be a ‘guest judge’ for the semifinals, apparently for the first time in America’s Got Talent history.
