Betr Holdings, Inc. (Betr), a leading sports gaming and media company, has announced the acquisition of a license to utilize Huddle Tech’s advanced sports gaming technology. This licensing agreement grants Betr access to Huddle Tech’s cutting-edge technology stack, which includes tools for odds-making, risk management, and trading. The platform supports a wide range of sports betting content, including Same Game Parlays (SGP), Same Game Parlays Plus (SGP+), micro-markets, player props, futures, exotics, and traditional markets like moneyline, point spread, and over/unders for both pre-match and in-play events.
Betr has already integrated Huddle Tech’s software into its new sportsbook platform, which is set to launch ahead of the 2024 NFL season. The new platform will initially go live in Ohio and Virginia, where Betr has been operating its beta sportsbook product. In addition, Betr has secured temporary sports wagering licenses in Indiana and Maryland and has gained market access in Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Kentucky.
“We expect this transaction to be transformative for Betr,” said Joey Levy, Founder and CEO of Betr. “By integrating Huddle Tech’s technology, we’ve accelerated our product roadmap by years, achieved vertical integration, and improved our gross margin profile. With this technology, we are now able to build our own product and no longer rely significantly on third-party services.”
Huddle Tech’s platform provides a data-driven solution that enhances user experience and improves operational efficiencies for iGaming operators. By collecting and organizing data in real-time and utilizing proprietary algorithms, Huddle offers automated pricing for a variety of sports, including basketball, football, tennis, ice hockey, and baseball.
“We are thrilled to see Betr utilize our software to enhance their sports gaming offerings,” said Francesco Borgosano, CEO of Huddle. “Betr’s vision aligns perfectly with our commitment to innovation and excellence in the iGaming sector, and we look forward to supporting their growth in the U.S. market.”
With the integration of Huddle Tech’s technology, Betr aims to stay ahead of its competitors by offering advanced sports gaming content and a more robust product.
