The Packers still have something to play for while the Bears are trying to avoid their 11th straight loss. Green Bay needs a win and a Washington loss to move into the No. 6 seed, which would mean avoiding the Eagles in the wild-card round. There may be scoreboard watching, as the Commanders-Cowboys game takes place at the same time as this one.
Best Bet: Packers -10
Since the start of their losing streak, the Bears offense is 28th and the defense is also near the bottom, 26th in defensive EPA per play. QB Caleb Williams continues to struggle sitting dead last in success rate. Additionally, the defense has given up 4.7 yards per carry. That’s good news for Josh Jacobs who will look to take advantage. Green Bay has scored 30 points or more in four of the last five. The only thing to worry about is if the Packers do sit players in the fourth. But even so, the Bears would struggle to find points against a determined GB side.
Player Prop Best Bets
Caleb Williams: Anytime INT
While the rookie has thrown just 6 interceptions, he’s been sacked 67 times this season, most in the NFL. He did throw a pick last week against the Seahawks and playing on the cold tundra of Lambeau Field, we could see Williams running for his life, and throwing one up against a defense that has 16 picks, 3rd most in the NFL.
Josh Jacobs: OVER Rushing Yards & Anytime TD
The offense has run through Josh Jacobs this season and now he faces the sixth worst run defense which allows 133.4 YPG. The Packers back is fifth in the NFL in rushing (1,285 yards) and has scored a TD in seven straight games. He also has run for 69 yards in each of the last two games, where the Packers didn’t use him as much as they have in the past. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see him get the ball often, especially in the first half.
